They can only be used in finished Sublimation/Transfer (shirt) designs as long as they do not compete with any of mine and have at least 50% added elements to the design such as combining elements, frames, backgrounds, and/or text to create something NEW!

**Please note your file will be the design only, no watermarks, backgrounds or Logos will be attached to the file.

**You may NOT make my images available for digital download, share, resell, alter or redistribute them in any form.

**You must watermark over my designs on your product or mock up.

**You may not use my designs on items to be created/sold by Print On Demand site such as Printful, Zazzle, Bonfire, StickerMule, etc.

TERMS OF USE: You may use my Digital Files for both personal & SMALL commercial purposes (200 items or less), on finished products such as tumblers, Pillows, Clothing etc. You are allowed to sell your physical finished product with my designs/patterns. If you will be selling more than 200 items, you will need to purchase the Commercial license to do so.

AFTER PURCHASE:
Files will be delivered electronically; no physical products will be sent.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the Digital Nature of the files, I do not offer any refunds.
