Below you will find all the information and policies regarding my digital files.
Refund Policy: Due to the Digital Nature of the files, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

INFORMATION:
PNG Designs (Singles & Bundles) - File Includes: PNG(s)-300 dpi
Seamless Patterns (Singles & Bundles) - File Includes: JPG file(s)-300 dpi
These are high-resolution PNG & JPG files.
They are NOT CUT FILES/SVG.
These designs are great for creating FINISHED PRODUCTS such as: T-shirts, coffee mugs, Tumblers, pillows, wall art, hand totes, garden flags & more.
Please note your file will be the design only, no watermarks, backgrounds or Logos will be attached to the file. Please read policies below

AFTER PURCHASE: Files will be delivered electronically, no physical products will be sent.
Terms of Use/Policies:
You may use my Digital Files for both personal & SMALL commercial purposes on FINISHED PRODUCTS ONLY (200 items or less), such as Transfers, Shirts, Mugs, Stationary, Wood Signs, etc. You are allowed to sell your physical finished product with my images. Over 200 Items/Prints will require an extended Commercial license.
You may NOT make my images available for digital download, share, resell, alter or redistribute them in any form.
You CAN NOT use my designs or any clipart that is part of the design in any way to make a new digital design to sell.
(Small exception for my Seamless Patterns listed below)
My Seamless Patterns CAN NOT ever be used in/or a part of other seamless patterns, patterns, tumbler wrap designs, pen wrap designs, backgrounds, or to make new seamless patterns for resale!
They can only be used as a small portion in your finished Sublimation/Transfer (shirt) PNG designs as long as they do not compete with or resemble any of my designs and have at least 50% added to the design such as combining elements, frames, backgrounds, and/or text to create something totally NEW! They can NOT be used as an overlay, fill, brush stroke or in any other way on patterns or backgrounds.
No additional license is required to sell transfers or prints (Up to 200 prints), Over 200 requires an Extended Commercial License.
Anyone who prints my designs/patterns needs to purchase my design, you cannot receive or send it to a 3rd party.
YOU MUST WATERMARK over my designs on your product or mock up.
You may NOT use my designs on items to be created/sold by Print On Demand sites such as Printful, Zazzle, Bonfire, StickerMule, etc.
